We have a CRISIS 
and yet “crisis” is an understatement! It happens day-in and day-out, affecting the lives around the nation… for the WORST. We are talking about domestic violence. This issue does NOT get near enough attention. One out of every 4 women are victims of domestic violence. And it is not only women who are abused, but also men, as well as, yes… children.
In response to the MANY victims’ cries, we have decided to begin planning a shirt design in which we will devote a percentage of the design’s sales to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence. This group has done much on the behalf of victims of abuse. NCADV's work includes coalition building at the local, state, regional and national levels; support for the provision of community-based, non-violent alternatives - such as safe home and shelter programs - for battered women and their children; public education and technical assistance; policy development and innovative legislation; focus on the leadership of NCADV's caucuses developed to represent the concerns of organizationally under represented groups; and efforts to eradicate social conditions which contribute to violence against women and children.
